Application

    2. YE2 Series AC Induction Motor, Asynchronous Motor The YE2 series AC induction motor, asynchronous motor adopts insulating polymeric material, vacuum pressure impregnation and special insulation structure, so that it has strong adaptive capacity.

Product description
The three phase AC induction motor, asynchronous motor produced by ZHOUYI can satisfy our customers' requirements on different energy efficiency index. It can be divided into normal YS series AC induction motor, asynchronous motor, high efficiency YE2 series AC induction motor, asynchronous motor and ultra-high efficiency YE3 series AC induction motor, asynchronous motor. All the motors produced by ZHOUYI adopt S1 continuous duty. The shell is produced according to IP54 if there is no special requirements.

We considered the overload capacity, starting performance, efficiency and power as well as the adaptive capacity of electric motor to the non-sinusoidal power supply and the temperature rise of low frequency operation during the product design. So the insulation grade should be higher than F. Thus, the motor adopts insulating polymeric material, vacuum pressure impregnation and special insulating structure.

Besides, in order to reduce the electromagnetic torque ripple and improve the machining precision of mechanical parts, the motor adopts high precision low noise bearing.

Product features
The three phase AC induction motor, asynchronous motor has the following features:
1. There are 12 optional specifications of engine bases of which the power level can be from 0.06KW-7.5KW.
2. The 0.06KW-7.5KW motor body and junction box adopts integral die-casting aluminum alloy structure. The original appearance is square. It has good sealing performance which can meet the standard of IP56 enclosure protection class. The engine base is equipped with detachable legs. The motor has optional installation methods.
3. It is equipped with low noise bearing so that the running of the motor is more stable and the noise is lower.
4. The max working temperature is 40℃ while the minimum working temperature is -15℃.
