Product description
The worm gear speed reducer has wide application and it is attractive and durable. This series of speed reducer is a traditional transmission device which has compact structure, small size, high efficiency, large transmission ratio, large torque, good overload tolerance and self-locking function. It is quite suitable for hoisting operations.
The worm gear speed reducer produced by ZHOUYI adopts square box shell and modular design and manufacturing so that the installation can be quite simple. It can also realize DRV, RV+UD and some other speed reducer combinations so that the range of speed ratio can be much wider.
Application
The worm gear speed reducer can be widely used for food packaging machinery, chemical equipment, wood working machine, crane, construction machinery, compressor, transport conveyor, dredger, engine and transverter, washing machine, metal rolling machine, draught fan etc.
Main material
1. Shell: aluminum alloy (engine base: 025-090); cast iron (engine base: 110-150);
2. Worm: the material is 200Cr. It adopts carburizing and quenching; the hardness of the tooth surface is 58-62HRC; the thickness of the carburized layer is maintained as 0.3-0.5mm after refined grinding.
3. Gear: the material is durable nickel bronze.
Surface coating
1. The aluminum alloy shell is treated by shot blasting first and then anti-corrosion treated to keep it metallic silver white. Meanwhile, it is gasoline, xylene and some other organic solvent resistant. Then it is coated with RAL9006 silver gray or RAL5010 blue coating after bonderizing.
2. The cast iron shell is painted with red rust resistant coating. Then it is coated with RAL7035 silver gray or RAL5010 blue coating.
Product feature
The worm gear speed reducer has the following features:
1. The box is cast from superior aluminum alloy so that it can be suitable for universal installation and configuration in all dimensions.
2. The rods are well cooled down so that the machine has good performance in heat conduction.
3. There are 10 optional models and specifications from 025-150 of which the transmission power is from 60W-15kW.
4. The electric motor has large speed ratio. Each single engine base has 12 kinds of reduction ratio from 5:1 to 100:1.
5. The driving worm with hard tooth surface which is precisely ground can improve the efficiency of electric motor and realize larger output torque.
6. It has low noise, stable running so that it can realize long-term working in hostile environment.
7. The electric motor has light weight and high mechanical strength.
8. If the worm gear speed reducer is combined with the DRV module, the transmission ratio of NMRV speed reducer can be improved to i=5-5000.
